What this application is

The Rustic Villa Dashboard is a private, internal management tool for Rustic Villa Park, 2201 Railroad St, Easton, WA 98925, operated by Alpine Custom Homes, LLC for the Rustic Villa Trust. It is used only by authorized park staff.

Information the application handles

To run the park, the dashboard works with records that include:

• Tenant names, lot numbers, and contact details (email addresses and phone numbers)
• Lease details and rent payment records
• Notices prepared for tenants and records of their delivery
• Messages exchanged between park management and tenants

How the information is used

This information is used only for park operations: tracking rent, preparing and delivering legally required notices, communicating with tenants, and maintaining park records. It is never sold, and it is not shared with anyone for marketing.

Where the information is stored

Records are stored in the park operator's Google account (Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Gmail) and in the park's Wave accounting account. The dashboard itself runs on Google Apps Script and accesses those records only while an authorized staff member is using it.

Who can access it

Access to the dashboard is limited to authorized park staff who sign in with approved Google accounts. Google sign-in is required; there is no public access.

Tenants and other individuals may ask what information the park holds about them, or ask for corrections, by contacting park management at rusticvillapark@gmail.com.
